- by buying with me, you automatically accept all of this terms;- please write in a clear manner;- provide neat references (digital and flat colored);- as a minor, I will NOT do NSFW nor fetish at any circunstances;- I have the right to decline your commission;- I have the right to use your commission for self-promotion;- commissions will be done in queue order, so the time for me to start your commission may vary;- rudeness, racism and preconception will NOT be tolerated, so be nice with everyone (including me). once I found any harrasement against anyone in your profile, you will be blocked and go to a blocklist;- feel free to ask me how is your order coming along, but do not rush me. If you have a deadline, let me know right before making the commission;- once you recieve your finished artwork, feel free to use as you'd like (despite marketable things) , as long credit is given (note that you can not sell, trade or give the artwork for anyone in my blocklist, or else you are probably going to stay there too).

-all commissions must be paid before the sketch;- each character added will cost 60% of the full price;- once i recieve the payment, I will not do a refund. I can offer you a new piece if you want;- sometimes I accept gift cards for payment (steam, discord nitro...), but not all the time. make sure to ask first;- I have no obligation to notify the buyer or produce anything that has not been paid for;- promises of payment will not be kept or guaranteed;- discounts and promos will be notified in advance;- Payment forms: PIX, Picpay and Paypal.

- I will make 1 sketch per commission (2 for more complicated cases);- after I send you the sketch, you are allowed to change minor details and mistakes. once approved, I start lining/coloring;- in animation commissions, I will send you the version with the background + a green screen version to use in live streams and more;- I have no obligation to re-do something from backstages after the final result is done (like re-doing the lineart after the coloring/rendering for example);- the time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 weeks - 12 weeks depending on many factors such as: Health, order of commission, waiting list, complexity of the piece, school, etc. do not rush me;- after the final result, I will send you the final piece by e-mail, so you can have acess to a better resolution image.

- DO NOT USE MY ART FOR NFT- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Although, you can't claim you made it;- Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: Promote myself with in any place or site. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want;- If you don't want your commission to be posted as part of my portfolio, an extra fee will be requested;- The commissioner is allowed to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist;- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted;- If you want to use my artwork commercially on logos, stickers, shirts, prints, or anything marketable, a percentage of the profit will be paid to me, which will be negotiated;- DO NOT remove my watermarks or signatures.

- nekos (ask first!);
- clothes and objects (simple);
- stream alerts/emotes;
- candygore / Fruitgore;I will NOT draw:
- NSFW;
- vent art;
- fetish art;
- baras;
- gore;
- complicated mechanical parts;
- complicated metalical parts.
